Diego Hernandez is the best! To be honest I was ready to give up on Reliable because of our first maintenance experience with them. In the Spring one of their maintenance techs came to service our A/C. He checked the air filter (which I had just replaced), opened one panel in our HVAC system and looked inside for about a minute, and he sprayed our condensor unit with water for a few minutes - all things I could have done.
