My house is about 1,700 sq.ft. A few years ago, 1,500 sq.ft. unit needed replacement. They replaced for about $4k'ish. Today, they came out to quote on upstairs unit & sq.ft is less than 400 & they quoted over $8k. I asked questions about the price, he said inflation. I called to see if employees received raises = NO! Inflation is BS & CEO/owner is only person benefitting. Do not buy from slavery/inflation tactics that are mondernized! Up to this point.m, it has been a great experience but when our 2 year old still under warranty unit went out on a Tuesday, we were told they could not be out until the following Monday. I called everyday hoping to find an opening, but everytime it was the same answer- ‘we don’t have any appointments available.’ Now, I get that sometimes there’s just nothing you can do but each person I spoke to I told them the situation, I have two small children and my house is currently 85 degrees.
