This is buffet style Chinese. IF you go at normal lunch hours, or 1-2 hours after normal rush times, that is best. Otherwise, the really off times often have dishes that are empty and the selection is not as fresh. At lunch though, or dinner, when the place is full, they are very good to keep the food well stocked - they have a good selection. Great eggrolls!
