Scam scam scam! They keep charging after cancelling!!!
I am owner of big john pizza in calgary.i am your residency and business customer!but I didn't get the refund of my house ' alarm service fees.because My house sold on first March 2022.
We notified in writing that we were signing up another Alarm Company in Dec. 2017, in January 2018 the different Alarm Co. System was activated, I spoke to Rick personally and was assured that it had been cancelled, we see that 3 years later he has continued to debit our account. I attempted to communicate with Him and wasn't able to understand any of explanations, he is obviously running a Scam...stay away. We are filling a complaint with City Police , Service Alberta and pursuing the legal option. Stay away
Absolutely horrible business, please save your money and go with a more reputable provider. This business is owned and operated by the owner, Ricky. Whichever phone number you call, goes straight to him. He gets a majority of his business from the East Asian community in Calgary where he can take advantage of their vulnerability as some cannot speak English fluently. BUSINESS OWNERS AND HOMEOWNERS PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I would 100% absolutely give them no stars or a negative rating if possible. Complete scam and the owner RICKY is useless. They double charge you! They send an annual invoice then also charge you via pre authorized payment.
