Unfortunately the owner of this company is absent from the business and lives out of state. He is challenging to work with and when you share with him things that need to be improved he does not pass the messages on to the crew. He also made changes to my account service on request from my tenant and did not reach out to me for confirmation. I wish there was a supervisor for this company to assist with resolving issues, but this is not the case. I would not suggest using their service.
