About a years worth of attempts to contact them for a KnoxBox installation went without a response from them. Finally got through to a person. Was told they would call back after lunch. Never happened. Two weeks later will nothing. Skip the pricey middleman and d it yourself. I ordered direct from KnoxBox and installed myself. Unfortunate a "Reliable" company is not reliable or responsive at all.

Shop Techs were proficient and on point with what servicing I need on my 3 Fire Extinguishers, just needed a quick recharge got it done in 30 min, love this company!
