These people are complete a-holes when it comes to customer service. Anyone interested in whatever they sell should seek elsewhere. I hope this business fail. Mr. M.W. - anyone would be too silly to think that a negative review could come from nowhere and for no reason. Maybe you should take a break from defrauding your customers and defending yourself, take a look at the review score you have after 60+ years of business.
Our factory, where we make luggage and bags in Upstate New York, has been buying sewing supplies and machine parts from this company for many years - maybe decades! We've always received our orders promptly and received excellent and accurate customer service.
Product was listed as in stock. Ordered on thursday the 20th. Within 24 hours my order status was updated to completed, no tracking number for shipping. Waited a couple days, then emailed them on Tuesday inquiring about my order. Was told that the ordered shipped on Monday and would have a tracking number the next morning. It is now Thursday I emailed again asking about my order. The new story is they have lost my order and don't know if it has shipped. I called in desperate need for a sewing machine motor for my aunt. The person who answered the phone was gruff, short tempered and seemed to be having a bad day. We asked several questions and he did help us get to the bottom of the type of motor we needed since the whole thing was very confusing from our end. Even though I did not like his attitude, they had the part we needed. My aunt also needed the motor ASAp and he told us we would be getting in in 2 days.
