Kenny from Reliable Equipment Service and his team are phenomenal. Kenny has maintained our HVAC and Refrigeration for 3 different locations which include 3 walk-in refrigerators, 2 walk-in freezers and 6 HVAC systems over the past 6 years. We had the bad luck of our walk-in refrigerator breaking down in the heat of summer but we called Kenny and within 1 1/2 days, we had a new compressor unit and evaporator installed and we were back up and running. We are very fortunate to have found Kenny. We run restaurants and he has always been there for us when we needed something. He thinks out of the box which is a huge plus and makes it a lot easier. He has resolved issues for us which big label companies could not figure out or had no clue. Very reasonably priced and trust worthy. Kenny is always there for us. Before, we used to get charged a lot from the other guy in lehigh Valley. But that's never happened with this company! Im 100% recommend his service!
