Very unhappy we were told one price to come see what the problem was and then was charged double!! I asked that electrician call me and he didn’t even do that. I do not recommend if at all possible go elsewhere because they will lie and cheat you.
I cannot express how happy I am with the electrical work done. It looks amazing. The tech (Eric) was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and did a phenomenal job on hard wiring my kiln and fixing some other things along the way. He was also tolerant of my cats being in the way and was careful to not let any outside. Highly recommend!
“Reliable” is not the word we would use to describe this company. Scheduled them to come out on Friday, took the day off work to be home. 20 minutes before they are scheduled to show up they call to say their other job ran long and they would have to reschedule. The day we rescheduled comes, 40 minutes AFTER they were to be here we called to get an ETA. They told us someone would call us back. Never got a call back. So I called them. I just had some electrical work done this morning by Reliable Electric. Eric was very knowledgeable in diagnosing what needed to be done, and did the work in a timely manner. He was always courteous and friendly. The price of the services provided was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done.
Eric, their electrician, was extremely knowledgeable and understood exactly what we needed. He got right down to work and even answered questions as well as took the time to explain why he did what he did, as well as why he didn't do things... The quotes were fare and reasonable. His boss was laid back and was quick with advice as well.. 10 out 10 service would use again and recommend.
