Darrell helped me out the first time I called for service for my gate by giving me advice on how to fix it myself and save the cost of a service call. I tried but still needed help. When I called back a few days later, John came out the SAME DAY and took care of everything and showed me the problems (one was an upside down circuit, oops) and how to do some regular maintenance. Outstanding service, friendly and helpful above and beyond.
