Terrible service, DO NOT CALL. Extremely unfriendly, also didn’t properly fix what needed to be fixed. Would give a 0 star if i could!!! response to owner: As a professional, an owner of a business, you should know better than to lie. Own up to your mistakes/poor service and rather than deny it, learn moving forward.

TERRIBLE service. in every way. horrible costumer service. called in to get my toilet fixed. now i had to call another plumbing service and walls are being taken down because of the mess THIS business made. this is ridiculous do NOT use this business and save yourself a couple thousand.

Talked to Ozan briefly over the phone and he was the first plumber to not make me feel stupid for asking questions. Professional, friendly courteous (which was refreshing after talking to a few other plumbers that got annoyed I asked them questions or insurance details) and gave me a fair price - have yet to do work and but seems like a good start. Will follow up review after with work service provided!
