I can't say enough good things about this company, they are well managed, timely and do great work. I recommend them for any commercial doors!
Communication is horrible and pricing is outrageous. They told us they were going to quote the repair and lift rental but just fixed it without discussing or quoting anything. Took months to hear back about the bill. They "fixed" the issue with our door (told us it was a relay switch) but it began not working again 2 months later. We went with another garage door company to replace our unit (which ended up being only a few hundred dollars more than the repair from Reliable Door).
