Service department made numerous calls that went unanswered. Called the number for reliable towing at same address and get told they are closed til Tuesday so definitely not a 24hr operation then.

I don't usually leave reviews but lost a bearing on our trailer coming in to town. Ken at RDT was amazing in helping us. Took the time to fix us up and get us back on the road. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable and honest shop. Thanks Ken.
No help week later told me no mechanic here he quit waist of a week and another tow bill out of there should be called unreliable diesel tech ruined my vacation should have not waited my time !
