I communicated with him through the text message and we communicated extremely well. He scheduled the Time for repairing. Randy answered our call late at night when we had a huge water leak problem and no other business would answer. He walked us through solutions on the phone and basically saved the day! Thank you so much for being so incredible!

In 2019 Randy fixed 2 cracks in my basement foundation running diagonally from floor to ceiling. Prior to the fix, these cracks leaked during any heavy rain. Neither of these have leaked since Randy corrected the problem. It took him an hour or 2 to do fix of them. I just called him out to fix the same type of crack in my garage foundation. Took him about an hour. Very respectful and affordable.
