Very few companies in this area require a deposit, but Frank did, so we gave it immediately since his quote said "deposit required to start". It's been a month since we gave him nearly $30,000, and nothing has been except some flags put in the ground. No communication either as to what the hold up is. I've seen whole buildings go up in the time it takes Frank to reply to a call.
