I will never do business with this company ever again!! They are based in Columbus, OH and tried to open an office in Cincinnati. So I was called by Warren for my business but I wasn't told that my car would be being towed to Columbus until I went to drop my car off and had already set up the rental (1 red flag I ignored). Warren was AMAZING! I am in my twenties and had sooo many questions (as well as concerns)!! Warren kept me updated every step of the way, he let me know every time he spoke with my insurance company and definitely exceeded my expectations. When I picked up my car today, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well Reliable Collision was able to make my car look brand new! They did a wonderful job on my mom's 2018 Honda Pilot SUV. It looks the same way it did when she pulled it off the lot. Like it had never even been in a accident twice. I highly recommend if you need body work on your vehicle this is the place to bring it. And the paint job was beautiful even tho it was an odd color they got it down pack. And it smells good on the inside after the carpet cleaning. So from Linda to Warren u guy's are the best thank you. I will recommend you to all my family and friends.
