Recently purchased a home that was supposedly cleaned and painted by this company. We were told by the real estate agent that Reliable had been in to clean and paint the house to get it ready for sale. Well, the i side was painted, albeit very poorly, tons of over spray on fixtures, doors, the electrical panel. Walls and cabinets caked with nicotine and smoke discoloration.
