My wife and I just closed on our new home in Greeneville this week. From the moment we saw the house it was far superior to every other home new or older. We Closed on our beautiful home in the Red Tail Ridge community in December 2025. To date the after-sale customer service has been excellent. Any concerns we've had thus far have been satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner. Buying a new home is stressful and deciding which builder to go with can be difficult. We're happy we went with Reliable Building Services and would highly recommend you consider them.
We just purchased a new home built by Reliable Building Services. The quality of their work is evident throughout the home. It’s excellent. We looked at another new construction home by another builder and red flags hit us almost immediately. Roof shingles were different colors (different lot #, perhaps), touch up paint on interior walls did not match wall color, trim work was horrible, front window did not fit and very obvious, and more.
