We just purchased a new home built by Reliable Building Services. The quality of their work is evident throughout the home. It’s excellent. We looked at another new construction home by another builder and red flags hit us almost immediately. Roof shingles were different colors (different lot #, perhaps), touch up paint on interior walls did not match wall color, trim work was horrible, front window did not fit and very obvious, and more. Such a good experience! Ran into some issues once building was done but they always made sure to make things right! Super easy to work with!

Let’s talk about repairs. I know what you’re thinking “you bought a new house you shouldn’t NEED repairs”. In a perfect world that would be true but hey, this isn’t a perfect world (and I have terrible luck, like to the point of being jinxed!). Sometimes a piece of flooring has an issue, or your water pressure isn’t the greatest. It’s little things. Do you know how much work it was to get all my “little”things fixed? One. Phone call.
