I unfortunately have to echo the sentiments below. We contracted with Reliable Awnings and Signs (Jaime Rivera) to install a new awning for our retail store for a total of $2,500. We gave him a deposit of $1,200 on the day of contract acceptance. It was agreed that the work was to be completed in 2-4 weeks, which Mr. Rivera said included time for him to obtain city permits and 2 weeks to order/receive the awning material. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! Services were promised within 2 week of the point when we gave a deposit. 4 months later, nothing has been done. He promised time and time again that he would finish the work, but no-shows for every appointment. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to do your work.
