I had a state inspection done by them before and had no problems. This time I asked to change the oil that I brought with me. They put 4.7 qt instead of 5.7 in my Ford Fusion 2018 2.5 L. Good thing I quickly realized that there was a lot of unused oil left. The dipstick was dry, they didn't check it after the oil change.
Horrible service
My family and I reserved a U-Haul trailer days in advance. We arrived at around 10am on Sunday morning to secure our rental and the shop was closed, although it stated on Google it was open. Us and many other patrons went up to the shop and the door was locked. People were driving around, just as confused as we were, and eventually left. Called the number on the sign and it was a no working line. Dave yourself the headache and reserve your rental at another, more reliable location.
Wow, quick service, good customer service but location and establishment was a dump. I was afraid until another customer came in. I questioned if she had been there previously and l felt more comfortable knowing that she had. Very dirty, old and beat up waiting room.
