Paid $790 for a starter and tire. Left with warning lights that weren’t there before and an engine revving irregularly at idle. When I returned, staff was rude and dismissive and refused to take responsibility. They gave me a vague verbal diagnosis but refused to put anything in writing which is a huge red flag. Would not recommend, especially to women or anyone unfamiliar with Houston. Do yourself a favor and find a more transparent and trustworthy shop.
