Don’t use him! I used Timothy Alderman at Reliable Automotive Service and he was not reliable. He stole my money and didn’t finish the job. After many repeated attempts, he will not call me back. At first I thought he would be ok, I paid him for the diagnostic visit and then he later asked for money for a part. I paid him and then never heard back from him. I want a refund or my money back. Tim, if you read this I will remove my review if you remedy the situation. Please contact me.

We were given this address to see a 2012 Scion. We made the appt for 10 am Saturday. We confirmed the night before. We drove the hour to Tooele keeping in touch with the seller along the way. We arrived, the seller took a while to answer the door. When they eventually did, he informed me that the car was lent out and wouldn't be back for some time. We broke down with brake issues on our way through town in the evening. No one else was open who worked on cars and not just large semis. Tim was extremely helpful and professional and helped us get back on the road. He came right to where we were stopped and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem with minimal charge (even at the “extended hours” rate). Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
