Literally on point!! Visit these guys for your vehicle needs. The price was more than fair and they accommodated mine and my husband's schedules.
My car needed some attention, so I brought it in here after hearing good things from a friend. The staff were easy to work with and explained the issue in a way that made sense. The repair took a little longer than I had hoped, but they kept me updated throughout the process. Pricing seemed fair for the work that was done, and the car has been running fine since. It was a solid experience, even if there were a few small delays along the way.
Western Auto stands by their work! I had an issue with the A/C two weeks after they recharged it. They asked me to bring it back to take a look at it. They ended up fixing the A/C line at no cost. Very impressed with their commitment to customer service and the quality of their work.
I have a 2006 Tundra I love and have put a lot on money into keeping, and maintaining. Ive been to multiple repair mechanics and I have always felt like I was getting burned. So, I don’t write many reviews however I feel the need to express my sincere gratitude for the service I received at Western Auto.
