If you had a bad experience here I would recommend giving them another chance, They had a manager shorty after the business was sold and turned into Western Auto that had some issues, I have changed my review due the the new manager Jason and Christian (which I believe is the shop manager), Not only did they have great customer they went the extra mile to make things right.
Jason took great care of my truck! I don’t know anything about cars, but he helped me understand what he was doing and why it was important. These guys are always reliable and trustworthy. I wish I wasn’t moving so I could keep going here!
This is a very HONEST place We took our 2012 Highlander in and was told it needed a belt tensioner and Serpentine belt, once they got the belt off they called back and said the tensioner was just Junked up and still good, Folks they could have took us for a ride and they didnt. i'll be bring it back for more work in the future. Thank you Western Auto.
I came in a few minutes before closing time and explained I needed a battery but nobody would work on the car as it was complicated and yet they still did the job in just minutes for me when I told them how many places I had been to he said they would take care of me no problem, The best shop I’ve ever been to, the quality of the work that is done here is amazing and the prices are great. The employees are amazing here too I plan on making this my regular shop from now on.
As a college student away from home with a car, it can be a very daunting experience going in to get services and maintenances. When it comes to the money portion of car services it’s a very scary ordeal. Western Auto service put that all to rest. They could not be easier to work with. They gave me the absolute best price and did fantastic work. They even let me pick my car up after they closed, because I was in a class.
