RAS is close to my office. Colleague took his Mini there and advised that they fixed his car and he would use them again. I took my wife's 2009 MB (70k miles) there knowing what the problem was but interested to see if they could resolve the issue at a lower cost than others. (Note: This is my second posting of this review because the owners "closed" the original business and "reopened" with the same name at the same location so that they could clear their bad reviews here on Google.) Very dishonest company - avoid at all costs. I took a truck in for an inspection and the guy failed it for the windshield and broken taillight. I don't know where to begin. We brought our 2013 Denali in 3 weeks ago because we had a DEF Leak. They told us they changed the line and no more leak. Great. Check engine light and DEF light came on after we were assured that there was no leak and they filled up the DEF. So we take it back. They take it to the dealership because they can't be bothered to do their jobs. They then proceed to charge us $120 for a single bottle of DEF (7.44 at Walmart).
