Very Very expensive Wanted to get a radiator etc installed. Reliable wanted $345.25 for a radiator part stores etc wanted 134.99. Reliable wanted 105.56 for a water pump part stores wanted 62.99. For hoses etc it seamed Reliable wanted 3 times what part stores etc wanted. Needless to say i am going somewhere else or do it myself
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I took my car for a front end alignment and they told me that my tire rod was bent but they would align it anyways. They took my money then sent me on my way. After driving for 10 seconds it was evident to me that THEY DID NOTHING TO MY CAR. I went back and the guy argued with my boyfriend then said, "well i am charging you a diagnostic fee." Trustworthy Auto Repair Shop in Houston! My family has been doing business with Reliable Auto Repair in Houston for years. Frank and their knowledgeable staff have been great! Rarely do you find a mechanic shop you can trust! My family and friends will always have your business!
Dissapointment i came to this shop veerrrryyyyy dissapointed. Matt was the man that helped me and told me a price which was wayyyy overpriced. even after they "fixed' my car, i took it back a month later because it had the same exact problem. They told me my warannty didnt cover it when it did so i had to take it to a different machanic shop and finally got it fixed! i wouldnt recommend going there at all!
These guys are Con-artists, beware! Total rip-off artists, the sky is always falling when you take your car into this shop! Even when you tell them exactly what you want done, they do what THEY want, trying to gimmick you into believing your such-and-such sensor is bad, and whatever else they can think of to get your bill into the $700-$800 range. So after fighting with them and getting them to do just ONE of the four things I asked, I got out of there! No thanks, Matt.
