Awful experience! I only see "good" reviews here so I wonder if mine will even make it on this board. My wife had an accident with our new car and Nissan told me to take my car To Reliable Auto Collision INC. Mitch was initially very friendly and helpful. He told me it would take 3 days to fix the car but it took 9, so I was left without a car for 9 days. When I went to pick up the car I noticed very little had been fixed.
