Terrible customer service no follow up, do not use this place. I plan to report the the BBB
The absolute worst COMPANY and don't have them in your home total thieves guy comes to the house asking where is your WASHING machine and is here 17 minutes no parts were replaced and Bill's me 145.00 and says he gave me a 20 dollar discount, originally it was 69 Dollars for a service call and if they were to do the work that fee was wavered. Reliable grop of thieves who RIP off senior citizens
I called to schedule an appointment as my refrigerator went out. Was able to get same day appointment and said my window was 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. At 1:00 pm I called as the tech had not shown/called for the appointment. I was told that the tech would call me back to let me know when he could show. Called again at 1:45 pm and was told he would call - at 2:20 I received a text stating, "I'm not sure when I can come". Leaving me NO opportunity to call someone else!! Pitiful customer service!
Charged $70 for a service call and never returned, even after several calls.
