Chris the technician was fantastic. On time, neat, efficient and quality work. Reliable Appliance customer service is horrible. I’ve been waiting for six months for service. They dropped the ball on ordering the parts twice. When I called to get a status and get the ball rolling, I waited on hold for TWO HOURS to speak with someone. They force you to schedule with an AI bot that schedules service calls within two days and doesn’t give you a chance to align with your schedule. I want to update my negative review. I finally got a call back and am all set. Your reps are always nice. Your techs, Roger and Calvin are very knowledgeable. Thank you. Your Techs are great. But very difficult getting anyone to answer my call to set up an appointment. Left many messages, optio 2, left my # on option 1 many times. I have received 1 callback and I was unavailable. How can I get ahold of someone. The tech ordered parts, they arrived today. I don't want to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment. Thank you

I own a Wolf range and this company is listed on the Wolf website as an authorized dealer and repair company. They also list Wolf repair and service on their own website. I called. 6 hours later I got a call back and was told they only service stoves that were purchased at Barons, which I didn’t. The stove is 25 years old. Unfortunate. I won’t be calling back.
