Christopher corrected the problem with the oven immediately. No parts were required as it was an internal obvious issue that could have resulted in a tragedy. The cause of the problem was a mystery, inexplicable. Christopher willingly answered a few questions I had regarding my other GE appliances. He was efficient and professional and he seemed to know his products very well. Your company is lucky to have this employee.

First, Reliable communicates often with the customer’s appointment dates, and more importantly, when he/she will be heading to your house and how far away they are! Secondly, Cam was friendly, informative as to what he was doing, what may be wrong, what needed to be ordered and setting up a next appointment. (The diagnostics) Thirdly, When Cam arrived he checked on parts to ensure they were not damaged and as a result of this step found a part that was labeled correctly on the box but was missing part of the heater part.
