Nick was great. He even corrected the leveling from the original installation that was never right. Drawer works better than ever now!
Justin called ahead to let me know what time he was planning on arriving, and when he got here he took the time to explain what he was doing to replace my ice maker, and helped me understand the issues that can arise during operation, so I know what to look for now.
