Horrible: The technician John told me his diagnosis for my dryer but also recommended that several other parts also needed to be replaced. He told me the cost and I told him to repair it. After he finished, I had to demand several times to see the parts he repaired. I found that he only replaced 2 of the 8 rollers he said he would replace, and he still demanded full payment of the quoted price. I refused and he lowered the price somewhat. BAD - Reliable Appliance, on Coogan Way, El Cajon is unconscionable and untrained and WILL RIP YOU OFF ! READ THE BAD REVIEWS. Be careful when you order a repair. Check the company name before you let them in your house. More later.....PLEASE BEWARE!
