Larry drove up to Kingsland. Fixed my washer. Explained the problem. Super helpful. Highly recommended.
Horrible service. Promised to come out one and didn’t show up or call. Larry touched base the next day and after waiting a while on him he showed up. I did not check the dryer before he left but when I went to dry a load of clothes the dryer still did not get hot. I called him back and he said it worked when he left and he could try to come back the next day. I asked that he come back that day as I needed it fixed and he hung up on me.
