Professional and reliable. Our dishwasher was diagnosed within 5 minutes and it took less than 30 minutes for it to be fixed. They promptly got me scheduled when I had called with my issue (water not draining) and when the part came in they quickly scheduled me for the repair. The cost was very affordable compared to buying a new dishwasher. Would highly recommend. Chase was our tech. Quick and professional.
These guys are awesome! When no one else would even answer their phones the week before Christmas, Reliable answered! And worked us in sooner than expected - our washer stopped agitating. When the machine's pump stopped working the day after, they quickly stopped by to check it out again. Ordered a new pump and fixed it the day after Christmas. Top notch service!!! We won't even waste our time calling anyone else from now on. ‼️‼️
We were charged $283 to replace a switch on one burner that was not working. Took barely ten minutes. Service call, labor & part. They didn’t explain the cost breakdown. We could have put this amount towards a new stove for what it cost to fix one burner. Won’t be using them again. Fill like we were taken advantage of.
John and Robert were both very professional and worked on three of my appliances. They are ordering parts and coming back to finish the work. I will definitely use them in the future. Very nice gentleman.
