John did an excellent job checking our dryer. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and clearly explained what was going on. Horrible experience. The guy that came to my house yesterday is condescending and nasty. My fridge is still not working how it is supposed to. 0 stars!!! You guys are the same people that came out months ago and never fixed the issue. I have video and pictures of the fridge reading 47 degrees. It should be way lower than that. I don't really care about your reputation to be quite frank. I am having to move stuff from the fridge to freezer and then back to the fridge before it freezes. Please demand your old parts from the appliance being repaired. After the repair was completed, the young man took out one of my relay switches, and stated “ I no longer needed it.” Update: I spoke with the manager and the technician proactively installed a better relay switch. Thank you for your outstanding service.
5 stars Our new washing machine in our travel trailer stopped working and they were the only shop in Hinesville that would come and look at it. Chase (the tech repaired our washing machine) not only was super professional, friendly, but explained everything clearly as we went through the process of fixing our washing machine but also ordering correct parts etc. The company kept in touch even through 4th July long weekend to keep up informed that are parts were in fact on the way and got us on the schedule asap. Came out and fixed my Samsung dryer. It had a bad thermistor. Tech even vacuumed out the inside of the dryer. Price was extremely fair.
