Technician showed up on time and was very nice and friendly. There were a few problems with my dishwasher install, but not his fault. He stuck with the job to get it right.
Reliable Applicant was fantastic. When I called I was given an option to just text them about the problem, and I decided to give that a try and was very impressed. They were responsive and got right in touch with my tenant to coordinate a time to come repair the washer I had that was leaking. The tech called me when he was on site and confirmed the repairs we was doing and the amount, then I got a text a few minutes later to pay the bill. Super smooth and easy. These guys are good, thank you!
