Didn’t respond. Came at the end of July needed to order a part. I paid for the part and the future service. Part was to be delivered on August 19. Now I haven’t heard from them and I’m teaching full time which means I have to find someone to let them into my house.
Went in for a small plastic clip for a dryer door. The older shaggy hair employee at the front desk said they were unable to do anything without a part number. He offered absolutely no assistance at all. If that is the level of customer service that is provided, I have no idea how they could stay in business. Interaction lasted less than a minute. First and last time customer. Disappointing. I will never go back there.
