Repair don’t go 100% according to plan though in the end company did a great job and made things right. We’re all human and mistakes do happen though how they reacted when things don’t go exactly to plan speaks volumes. Will continue to use them in the future

Only thing reliable about the 1 shared washer and 1 shared dryer where my partner lived is that it’s reliably filthy, reliably broken and reliably not maintained. Kudos, however, for still being coin operated. Doesn’t sting as bad as it does when I use a card to throw my money away trying to get semi clean clothes.
