We were very pleased with Reliable Appliance, starting with Angela on the phone. Technicians Randy for our dishwasher and Paul for the washing machine repair. Absolutely Great Job! Thank you!!! Peter and Barbara K.
Very happy to have our washer fixed! Technician was very knowledgeable and quick. Scheduling was easy. No complaints.
Bought a new dishwasher through Costco, and Costco used reliable appliance to install it and haul away the old dishwasher. Jay and his co-worker did an excellent job and were friendly.
When they installed the wash machine They didn’t inform me the drain pipe was was different and needed a seal, hence, my floor flood and ceiling collapsed. They stated that a zip tie was standard. Unfortunately, their zip tie didn’t install back to previous standards or functional ability Very disappointed
Thank you for explaining the process of what's wrong with it.
