Purchased microwave from ** ********* ****. This is the 3rd GE CAFE MICROWAVE replaced over 8 years. So don't assume GE CAFE = reliability. However, ** ********* customer service has been VERY good to us. RELIABLE APPLIANCE INSTALLATION,INC installed last two microwaves and one refrigerator. Both times like bulls in a china shop. Ordered appliances from Home Depot and they use Reliable Appliance (and only Reliable Appliance) for delivery and installation. When they showed up to install our appliances our dishwasher and gas range were both damaged and unable to be installed. We were then told by the delivery men that the fridge was too big to fit in our door, even though we had measured and knew that our door was 31 inches and the specifications on HomeDepot.com showed the fridge was 30.6 inches. The first time the installers came to my home they damaged multiple spots throughout the property. Two of the four appliances were defective. After a couple weeks they finally sent the same crew that damaged my house the first time back out with the replacement appliances. The crew then proceeded to act in the most unprofessional manner I have ever encountered in my life. Do NOT use this company! They are untrustworthy and dishonest. I am disappointed the **** *****uses them for appliance deliveries. We had a refrigerator delivered and installed - including hooking up the existing water line. Almost 24 hours later, we noticed they did not hook up the water line correctly and the water damage in my newly-finished basement was immense. Company was outsourced by **** *****to deliver new appliance (purchased from **** *****) and haul away the old appliance. The company did an incomplete installation and they did not haul away the old appliance. In fact, they just left the old appliance in my driveway which blocked me out when I came home. No explanation as to why they did not haul away the old appliance. Did not supply refund either. Finally, the delivery people were rude to my family. I already complained to **** ******

I apologize for your experience. We do in fact deliver and install for *** **** *****. We are held to specific installation parameters that are not always communicated at the point of sale. Our team should have left proper documentation for you upon your return home to explain reason for incomplete installation. We have dealt with this company 2 times in the last year for delivery and installation of GE appliances. Both times we have been very disappointed the company. Their office staff is very rude and both times they have scheduled a delivery and installation and cancelled the original appointment without notifying us! We only found out that they weren't coming when we called to find why they didn't show up.
My first delivery was a disaster with subcontractors they even took my oven and washer back with them without telling me I called corporate and a gentleman named Tim apologized profusely and sent out the company team with a gentleman call Mike who is the company's very best in deliveries now I'm very happy
I was going to have a wall oven and clothes washer delivered and installed when they arrived all they could say is we can't do this we can't do that very negative to the point I talk to the manager who was much the same in no customer service and they even took my new appliances away without telling me be aware this company does not believe in customer service
