Elon came out to our home on a Sunday within hours of making appointment. We were leaving for the Thanksgiving holiday in a few days and our 4 year old Samsung washer broke suddenly. Elon was very reliable, timely, extremely knowledgeable and honest. He told us exactly what was wrong and ordered the part which would take a few days to arrive.
