THEY SAID THEY WOULD ORDER A PART FOR OUR WASHER, WE PAID UPFRONT IN CASH (Which they suggested to avoid tax) AND NOW THEY SAID ITS MORE EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR THEN ORIGINALLY QUOTED!! STAY FAR AWAY!!
I need negative stars for this “company” They completely misrepresented themselves and basically stole our money. We paid for the part and the down payment for the work on a our washing machine and almost three weeks later they have not only failed to come back to do the work but have the gall to say that it is likely to cost even more whenever they do decide to show up- how could they possibly know that when they have not even been back to install the part?!? The technician promptly identified the problem with my washing machine after arriving on schedule. Within an hour, he got the parts he needed and fixed it. Extremely polite and professional at all times
