Kudos to employees went and got heating element for my dryer when I got home tore dryer apart could see by looking had wrong element Was back out to their store told them wrong one guy went to basement got the one I needed now dryer up and heating and running all within 3 hours Thanks fellas!!!
Thank you! Thank you! to Alex & Hank of Reliable Appliance. My refrigerator crashed over the weekend. Left a call on a Sunday & Alex called me back on Sunday & scheduled me for early Monday. Hank was very nice,courteous & efficient. He did have to order a part, came back & replaced it in a few days. It pays to shop & work with locals. You get the best service!

Alex helped us with a last minute dryer fuse! Ours blew with a washer full of wet clothes, and the earliest we could get one shipped to us was Friday. What a life saver!
I needed a refrigerator, Alex the owner was very helpful and polite had a nice conversation for about ten minutes, and left happily with a nice new fridge for a more than fair and reasonable price.
I was afraid to stop in but glad I did.. I purchased a electric dryer from them and they treated me with respect they promptly answered all questions ... I highly recommend RELIABLE APPLIANCE they have excellent warranty and stand by it !! Thank you
I went there to buy a washer today and they loaded it up for me and it was a great price. The guy that waited on me I believe he is the owner was very helpful and gave me a dryer plug-in hook up for no additional charge. Id like to say thank you for being so helpful.
He was very helpful. He told me other parts of my dryer to bring in so he could test them for free just to make sure I was getting what I needed. Turned to be something different than I thought it was, so he gave me a good deal on the part I needed. If I ever have appliance issues again this will be the first place I go.
