This is a first-rate business. They made it very easy for me to schedule an appointment. They showed up on time, got my mini split unit running, provided excellent advice, and were kind enough not to charge me for their services. A superb company, judging by my experience.
AC team did an eccellent job rerouting a copper line through the attic. When they first discovered the leak in the system, they gave me very clear explanations of the work needed. After we agreed on a price, the work was scheduled for the next morning. They came on time, were very knowledgeable and efficient, quickly completed the task, cleaned everything after the work was done and provided me with the detailed explanations on what was done. Reliable AC Service is the best. I called Steve on a Monday late afternoon and he had someone come out the very next morning early. JJ was fabulous. A great technician that is very knowledgeable, friendly and concerned about any questions I had. He got my system up and running in very short time. He is a very well mannered young man, easy to understand, and cleans up the area he worked in completely. Five stars for both him and Steve.
