Highly recommend Maddie and her team! We closed our home here in December and had a great experience. Everything went smoothly and we even got to close on our house ahead of schedule so we could be in by Christmas. Very professional and very responsive business.
This review is in regards to the funding of my loan. This has nothing to do with the closer Maddie as she was very professional. Very disappointed in the handling of my refinance, my loan was to fund on 12-31 and a wire was to be sent to my existing mortgage company to be paid off. When I checked on 01-06 to see if my loan was paid off and it wasn't. I then contacted my loan officer who then reached out to this title company to see what was going on. Emma and Maddie are great at their jobs! They're always professional, accommodating and fun to work with!
Well, Pell City Reli did not disappoint. They came in towards the end of our transaction and had very little time to get all documents need to close but they did it. They have great communication skills and customer service. They also went above and beyond to assist with paperwork needed, that we were unaware of, but they filed it themselves and took that burden off of the seller. Maddie was very easy to work with. After an initial "bump" over fees charged, everything went very well. Reli did a great job of coordinating five, yes FIVE purchasers and the remote closing went well.
