Relevance Recovery really helped a love one of mine. They worked relentlessly to take there time to make my family member feel comfortable and confident. The staff there is very supportive and shows how much they care.
The staff is so wonderful and accommodating they took such great care of me while I was there. The facility is beautiful and the supportive housing is so cozy and makes me feel like I'm at home. I would recommend this place to anyone I love.
Amazing experience! Really helped my brother when we needed it the most, Katie in admissions was super helpful! My brother has been struggling a lot but this seems to helping more than other things we tried! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of help!
My experience with Relevance Recovery was awful. The advertising and information I received before arriving were completely false. What they sell you over the phone is not what you actually walk into. From the moment I got there, the staff were cold and standoffish. It was obvious that many of them have little real understanding of the field or the people they’re supposed to be helping. It took me a long time to write this review. While I am now 5 years clean, I unfortunately did not get clean at Relevance during my 2 week stay in 2020. During my time, there were so many situations handled irresponsibly. We had access to a safe and our own meds, and my roommate was given a prescription for Percocet from the APN that all the staff and clients knew about.
