HIGHLY recommend! Very welcoming atmosphere.
Honestly, the moment I walked in and saw the owner yelling at a client for being two minutes late, I knew I should have left. The class itself was fine, very basic stuff you could do at home. But the whole vibe is just tense and hostile, not motivating. I will not be coming back here.
The yoga sculpt class is 5 stars. The instructor Adriana is amazing. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly. As a beginner to the class, but not new to the art, I was worked to my core and would recommend the novice to advanced to try out Relentless spin and personal training classes if you are looking for diversity in workouts and great people to workout with.
