Worked with me on a specific problem and I couldn't be anymore appreciative
8 AM - 6 PM office hours online aren't correct. I arrived at the Columbus location at 8 AM only to see the office hours on the door says 10 AM - 4 PM. Rep very rude with handing my situation and used inappropriate language.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HOURS ON THE WEBSITE SAY 8am-6pm, GET HERE AT 8 AND THE DOOR HOURS SAY 10-4. WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY ARRIVES HE IS VERY RUDE TO MY HUSBAND AND STATES HE HAS “OTHER SH**” TO DO. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 HOURS WITH OUR SMALL CHILDREN IN THE CAR ONLY FOR RUDE SERVICE! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!
