NEVER RENT OR BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!! They stole my security deposit and even after a year they wouldn't give it back. They even stated that my apt was in excellent condition after I moved out and agreed that they would give my deposit back. They kept gaslighting me and saying they wrote the check (after 8 months) and mailed to the BBB due to my complaint. Went to buy a property he had listed with a real estate agent. Took my 10,000 security deposit that is held with them and refused to sell the property. We are now in a lawsuit with him for fraud.
Great guy to rent property from the best landlord you could have.... I'm still with this landlord a year later and it has been nothing but amazing. Any issues or maintenance requests is handled promptly I'm treated with respect and kindness every time. I highly recommend this company.......***edit*** I came back to say almost 2yrs later nothing has changed Chris Webb is nothing short of amazing I still love my house and forever thankful for a wonderful landlord. I highly recommend this business.
Idc what these people are claiming. Mr. Webb is a good guy. Seeing as he is a busy man and has more than one client he doesn't always answer the phone the first time. He does however return calls and texts. He is willing to help ANYONE that is willing to help themselves.
