I have always been intimidated by gyms but not this gym. This is a friendly, inclusive environment. There is a great selection of equipment and the professional advice from the team is excellent. I would highly recommend.

Friendly professional staff and a good atmosphere , I had never previously been to a gym so was a little anxious but soon felt welcome and will continue to go
