I’ve worked out with Jeff for almost 8 years now. He’s kept me honest about my gym routines, helped ensure my nutrition is right and provided me the right amount of encouragement. I’ve enjoyed our sessions so much and recommended others to train with him. He’s one of the most easy going trainers I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
I have been working with Jeff for almost 2 years now. When I decided to pursue bodybuilding, I wasn’t sure what to really expect within the sport. Jeff has been there every step of the way providing expertise and insight, nutrition, and lifting programs. We’re looking to take things to the next level this fall and hopefully get my pro card. If you’re looking for a coach, he’s it. We’re about to light it up this year in competitions.
I have been training for about 14 months with Jeff as my fitness coach, and it has been awesome! This experience is much better than other gyms I have been to. It’s so much like a family, where we look out for each other. I have grown and changed in ways that I’ve never thought possible.
