Are you looking to get in shape or maybe just eat a little healthier?! This needs to be your first and only stop! Jess will take you under her wing and be your biggest cheerleader the entire way. Will she make you so hard things? Of course! But you can’t expect change without putting in a little hard work!
Excellent gym with top notch cross-training classes and equipment. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is serious about getting or staying in shape and being in a fun and motivating environment!
My husband and I went there to meet with a nutritionist. Jessica was super nice, very helpful and just an all around great person to talk with. We weren't there for the gym, but it was clean, had lots of room and there was a lot of equipment that looked very well maintained
Need to get knocked into shape and have nutritional accountability? Then this place is for you! Best fitness program I ever paid for.
