My daughter loves Relentless Athletics. Small workout groups with an individualized workout program just for her each class. The coaches are great and we can pick and choose which classes work each week depending on what other activities she has going on. It’s been a great addition to her regular sports schedule.
My daughter attends Relentless to improve her strength, speed and agility on the soccer field. They tailored a plan specifically to her needs and areas that needed improvement. They have excellent trainers and she loves the all female atmosphere. Would highly recommend to any parents who are looking to help their daughter improve their performance in their sport.

Relentless Strength Training has been such a positive experience for my middle school girls! They look forward to every session and I’ve seen their confidence grow each week. The coaches create a fun, supportive environment where the kids are challenged to do things they never thought they could and they actually enjoy it!
