My experience at Release Recovery was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this program to anyone seeking meaningful support through PHP or IOP especially for severe anxiety or insomnia. I entered the program genuinely wanting help, but I did not receive the level of clinical support I was led to expect. I was told there would be structured groups focused on coping skills, CBT, and practical coping strategies, but those groups were either nonexistent or lacked meaningful instruction. I cannot say enough positive things about Release Recovery. From the very beginning, our family has felt supported, informed, and genuinely hopeful about the direction our loved one is heading. As a loved one of a client recently at Release, we have only praise for the program and the knowledgeable and caring professionals that work there. The program makes so much sense, implementing different daily therapies, structure and camaraderie in a comfortable, non judgmental environment.
