I was feeling extremely stiff in my low back and hips after a spinal fusion surgery. Stretching and strengthening helped somewhat but I needed something more and did not want a regular masseuse for band aid relief. After only two visits with Sam I feel less stiff than I have in years. I will definitely be back.

Sam is top notch. I came to him after years of si joint pain. I had tried everything, MDs, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other massage therapists. Sam was able to provide what the others didn't, profound relief. He is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and so creative. He has many out-of-the-box solutions that work and that I hadn't seen before. I appreciate his exercise plans and accompanying videos which help ensure proper form. He's the best, and I highly recommend.
Sam is the man , very knowledgeable and is will to go the extra mile. Big thing for me is responsiveness and he is always on it. Went for shoulder and disc herniation 6'3" 280lb will always recommend
