I’d give this place 100 stars if I could! The entire experience is outstanding — from the professionalism of scheduling the appointment to how attentively he listens and responds to your questions and concerns. He thoroughly explains the kinesiology of movement, why you’re experiencing pain, and focuses on fixing the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. This place is truly amazing.

I went in a 50 minute session with sylissa who did a really good job. Suffer from upper and lower back pain and sciatica. She is very sweet and talked me through it. She really takes her time to work out the areas that need to be done and I immediately felt relief
Sam is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail, making it easy to understand. His videos are very helpful because sometimes you forget the proper form during the session. I would recommend Sam to anyone who needs more flexibility and less pain. I'm 69 and ride motorcycles. It's nice to be able to move about with less effort and pain.
I ended up here in dire pain and trying something new to address my pain. My spine was fused 11 levels almost a year ago. After surgery I developed a 10/10 pain to my entire upper back, shoulder blade to shoulder blade that was ruining every aspect of my life. I have now had 4 sessions and my pain has decreased significantly to the point that I can finally enjoy life again. I’m not 💯 but I’m hoping with more sessions that I can get closer to 💯.
