I like other locations, but this one isn’t good. I don’t know if it’s the culture, but they’re kinda snobby. They stood there talking to each other and didn’t greet us, but when other people came in they did. The lady checking us out asked if anyone helped us and I said no, but you helped them. She got defensive and said it wasn’t not intentional. I saw her blocking the displays as we shopped. She said she thought the other lady helped us and probably vice versa. Uh no. My wife and I go here often for candles and some other stuff and usually have a good experience but yesterday was not great. Lady was super passive aggressive towards me for not buying multiple of something to get a deal. And then when she asked for my phone # I said no(which they already have my info) and she bluntly looked at me and said I guess you like to pay full price. I get there is probably some commission they get but don’t act like a idiot if you don’t get what you want.
I always love visiting Bath & Body Works but I had a particularly great time at this location. The staff were very helpful, asking if we needed any help but not hovering. They helped me find what I was looking for and were really great at suggesting products based on the kind of scents I told them I liked. I love the product and I think Bath & Body Works as a whole is great. However, the Loveland location is very inconsistent with following whatever the coupon rules are. I was told by a cashier that I can't use two coupons in one transaction which is fine but there has been three other times I've been in there and right next to me the cashier is allowing someone to use more than one.
