I am so disappointed on the way my 100.00 gift certificate was handled after the owner decided to move 2 hrs away. I was not notified that she was moving and after asking for a refund she told me she wouldn’t refund my money and that I could use it at her new location which again is 2 hrs away. My busy schedule doesn’t afford me the time to take a 4 hr drive for a massage.
